The Ballroom

Our 4,200 square-foot reception hall features 18-foot ceilings with exposed timber beams, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake, and warm Edison lighting throughout. The space is fully climate-controlled for year-round comfort and naturally sound-dampened so speeches are heard clearly without shouting.

The dance floor is a 600 square-foot hardwood area centered in the hall, surrounded by a color-programmable LED lighting system. Whether you want a romantic soft glow during dinner or full dance party energy at 10 PM, our lighting system delivers. A dedicated DJ booth with 20-amp power circuits is positioned for optimal sound coverage.

Layout Options

We work with each couple to create the perfect floor plan. Common configurations include:

• Classic Rounds — 25 tables of 8, dance floor centered, sweetheart table
• Farm Table Style — Long rectangular tables in parallel rows, family-style feel
• Cocktail Reception — Mix of high-tops and lounge seating, up to 250 guests
• Theater Ceremony + Reception — Indoor ceremony first, then flip to dinner during cocktail hour

Bridal & Groom Suites

Getting ready is part of the experience. Our bridal suite offers a spacious vanity wall with Hollywood lighting, a private bathroom, plush seating for your wedding party, and a full-length mirror. The groom's suite has its own lounge area, mini-fridge, and private bathroom — the perfect place for pre-ceremony calm (or pre-ceremony golf watching, we don't judge).

Catering Kitchen Access

Our professional catering kitchen is available to all licensed caterers. It includes commercial convection ovens, six-burner gas range, warming drawers, full refrigeration, and abundant prep space. We maintain a list of preferred caterers who know the kitchen well, or you may bring your own licensed caterer for select packages.
